Ball Mill for Powder Grinding:
The ball mill is an efficient machine designed for powder grinding, widely used in various industries, including cement, new-type building material, silicate, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc. It offers two methods of grinding: the dry way and the wet way, making it suitable for different mine extraction processes. The ball mill finds applications in cement, mining, building materials, and chemical industries.
Performance and Features:
- Components: The ball mill consists of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control), and more.
- Build Material: The hollow axis adopts cast steel, and the lining is replaceable. The rotating big gear is processed through casting rolling gear. The barrel body is durable and features a wearable scale board, ensuring steady operation and reliability.
Working Principle:
- Horizontal and Tubular Design: The ball mill is horizontal and has a tubular running device with two warehouses.
- Material Entry: The material enters the first warehouse along the input material hollow axis through the input material device. This warehouse may have a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, with different specification steel balls installed on the scale board.
- Centrifugal Force: When the barrel body rotates, it produces centrifugal force, lifting the steel ball to some height and causing it to fall, grinding and striking the material.
- Regrinding: After coarse grinding in the first warehouse, the material enters the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scale board.
- Discharge: The powder is discharged by the output material board, completing the process.
Applications:
Widely used in cement, mining, building materials, chemical industry, and more, the ball mill serves as a key equipment for efficient powder grinding in various industrial processes.
